What country is your gamers account?
Which country are you currently located?
What IP adress is your internet access?

what ever version you download, it needs to be the IP adress from your gamer location. It also has to match the address of your billing and the version of your DLC...( English, Italian, French....what ever )

If they dont match.....you might have lost your MS Points...Talk immediately to XBox support, I would suggest.
