I found one Shout at Arcwind Point, but the Misc quest is still listed. And white marker arrow is stil there. Is this a bug/glitch?

Yes, if you got this quest from the Grey Beards its bugged, stopping you from getting any more word locations from them.

You can still get the quests for words of power from the courier, just not from arngier himself.

Any patch coming to fix this?
I got the dawnguard axe and figured I'd go get all the shouts so that I can power it up by killing undead (up to 120 killed now!).

Come on Bethesda! Help me out here!
