In my first playthrough I must have found the Master Sewer key somewhere in my travels because I never saw the Granny/Slackjaw ending segment. Now I am going for the ghost/clean hands runthrough and I am being forced to go see Granny for the damned key which will mess up my run... talk about annoying.

So my question is this... is there another Master Sewer key located somewhere in the Flooded District mission or is it actually in another earlier mission altogether (remember I don't want to go visit Granny for hers) and I just missed it or it got moved in a random sequence due to the changing nature of the game. Because the first runthrough I did took so long (I got lost several times and was learning the game mechanics) I can't remember where I picked up the damned key from.

Nope, sorry, it's only on Granny Rags if you have the Granny/Slackjaw confrontation. If there is no confrontation (your first playthrough), the door is unlocked. I'm stuck in the same situation.

Granny rags has the only key. That encounter won't happen if you don't do any missions for her during the High Overseer mission.

This is how I got through this part to get clean hands: Use Time Bend II (you don't have to but it helps), steal the key from granny, quickly runing over and free jack, then run up the stairs close the door behind you quickly grab the rune then move on. Hopefully Jack will keep granny busy like he did for me.

I don't think you can get ghost tho.

Bah... the achievements are bugged anyway. Just completed the game and made SURE I had the not alerted and no kills were ticked (yeah I finally figured out how to get past Granny and nick the kick AND not alert her) and I completed the game and got the Shadow achievement for not alerting ANYONE... so why the hell didn't the Ghost and Clean hands achievements happen too?

Oops... My bad... I somehow killed someone in the first assassination mission ffs... I can't BELIEVE it was that mission. All the others were perfect lol. Oh well. I know what to do now.

Well I found out how I killed someone... When entering the back yard you come across two overseers trying to arrest the sister of a third overseer. I choked the back one and then let go... when he hits the stairs he just... dies for some reason. I found that if you grab him before he falls and put him at the top of the stairs he was fine when I dropped him. Must be those killer stairs heh.
