I only have the option at the drafting table to remove workbenches, does that mean I can't build anymore? I thought you could re-plan if you wanted to...guess not.

It's okay, just build another house on one of the other plots. They're all identical anyway.

You can re-plan all you want, but once you build it, it is permanent.

How much gold did it cost you to build the house? assuming you bought the materials.

Also the cellar, as far as I know.
