Why is my ebony war axe 137 dmg and my dragonbone war axe 132 ? also the daedric war axe is also 137 dmg so..........

why is that ?

yes, and the ebony to both legendery so..

Did you use potions/enchants when improving the ebony? "Legendary" just tells you that its above a certain treshold. You can make 2 legendary steel hammers with different stats depending on what potions or enchanted gear you use (and your smithing level offcourse).

You obviously used a a fortify smithing potion or wore fortify smithing gear when you upgraded the ebony axe, but didn't for the dragonbone war axe.

Does it really matter? That's more than enough damage, you will probably three-four power shot a draugr deathlord with that damage. Takes the challenge from the game.

i'm not using potions only enchats for one-handed and my smiting lvl is 100

You must have used enchantments or potions for the ebony axe, but not for the dragonbone axe.

The dragon bone axe has a higher base damage value, so unless something is realy bugged out (or you havent taken the perk in dragon smithing).

You had to have done something different.try making two more, a dragon bone and an ebony, at the same time as each other, exactly the same way.

Maybe the dragon wasn't getting enough calcium.

You might have been wearing smithing enchancing gear the first time and none (or less) for the 2nd time.
