I'm at the Tower in the Regent's Bedroom and he's unconscious from a sleep dart. General Tobias is knocked out along with most of the guards. I've just been going through the place knocking everyone out and disabling alarms and security. I can't open the Regent's safe and I haven't been able to enter the Broadcast Room. I didn't know about the Skeleton Key so I don't have it. Is there another way into the Broadcast Room? I believe I'll have to go back to a save before I knocked out the Regent too, right? Thanks for any help.

I went in through the upper floor, just blinking passed the arc pylon.

I don't remember there being a key I needed....

I did not know there were two ways in, thank you. The locked door is on the bottom level. I'll look for the alternate way in next.

I've been all over the tower map but can't find the broadcast room. It's not that "planning room" on the roof at the very top of the tower, is it?

I have the skeleton key, just no idea where the room is located.

If you're in Lord Regent's bedroom, go out on his balcony and look out in the large room. There's the main entrance infront of you down on the first floor, the stairs up to the safe/planning room to the right, and the stairs up to the broadcast tower to the left.
