Replaying the game and decided to try to ghost and nonlethal the first mission. Nonlethal I did, but ghost I did not. After blasting the wall, can you get to the sewer without being spotted? I tried about five times before giving up.Can it be done?

It can be done. Just get rid of the two guys before the door, put them in a safe place, blow the door, then run and slide into the lake. Stay under water till you get to the shore right in front of the sewer entrance. Thats how I did it anyway.

It sure can be, just swim up to the wall where the guards are patrolling climb out of the water, and immediately go to stealth. Hug the wall and wait at least 10 seconds. There's a guard that patrols that small section and it is usually he that sees you. After waiting just sneak toward the entrance. I managed to get all 0 in everything, but I still can't find all the blasted money....

Knock the two guys out, dump 'em where you wish, and the moment the door is blown to bits, head left out the door and dive right in the water.

Cool, I'll try it again. I don't have trouble with the guys in the building. The problem is outside. There is one guy who comes running out from the left and then there are the guys down and to the right. I have run and slid into the lake as soon as the wall is blown. While underwater someone is shooting at me...and hitting. If I take out the guy from the left, the other guys spot me. Try try again.

Here's how I do it. When you enter the first area before the door you need to blast don't choke out anyone. Just sneak past them and climb up the pipes. Use the pipes to climb over the first blast door. Don't open that door. Choke out the two guards before the door you blow up and hide their bodies in a corner where they can't be seen or be hit by the blast - I usually hide them in a container in the corner next to the first blast door. Before planting the bomb open the trash bin on your right, place the bomb, jump in the container (don't close the lid) and crouch (enter stealth mode). Wait for the bomb to go off, directly jump out of the container and dive into the water. After that follow the instructions in my previous post which are:

Small thing to clarify : do NOT go down the stairs after blasting open the door.
Jump immediately in the water.
Stay underwater and emerge when you're in front of the sewer entrance, guards are too busy looking up to the stairs you would have taken otherwise. They won't see you as you emerge and casually run for the entrance.

If you ghost it, does the report on Corvo Attano in the Overseer's Archives change? Mine has always said "last seen headed into the sewers."

Just checked. No, it still says "Last confirmed sighting: entered sewers under Coldridge Prison after escaping execution under unusual circumstances"
