Can you remove furnishings from your house?

So someone may have already asked this but can you remove furnishings you have made for your house? I went nuts making stuff and when I took a walk around my house it just seemed cluttered. I wanted a nice, fancy looking mansion but instead it looks like a cluttered antique mall. There's crates and barrels and sacks laying all over the place and all the furnishings are all right next to each other.
And once the main hall is built, all the stuff in the small house is unnecessary. Who wants a bed and a firepit/cooking pot in the middle of their foyer?

If you go back to the drafting table you can remodel the small house into the entry way.

I know there's an option to remove the furnishing workbench from the house, but I haven't really gotten far enough to know whether you can delete furnishings. I don't see why you wouldn't be able to. It would kind of svck if you couldn't.

I completely started over building/furnishing my house. I couldn't find a way to remove things so I am just gonna add stuff, figure out what I like and load a previous save and add just those things. very time consuming but I want it to look good. And I tell ya, whoever designed these layouts for the furniture needs to take a couple of interior design classes lol. its horrible. It wouldn't be so bad if it would just add what it says, lets say for instance a tanning rack. but instead of just adding a tanning rack it also adds a barrel and a couple of sacks, it just gets really cluttered really fast. But the armory is pretty awesome, I've been waiting for that since they released Skyrim.
