well i made this for those who have killed completely by accident summon rats kill assasins and griff walks by those kinds of things so this will posibly contain spoilers posibly contain spoilers posted again so i accidentally killed the lord regent was going for non lethal for him anways got the achivement then after some looting i get another saying he's dead, i'm trying to think how he died the i realize that i rewired several security devices on the way so i'm guessing they walked him through a wall of light and that killed him

I accidently killed Lady Boyle. I was carrying her body down to the sewers after carefully knocking out all the servants and the one guard along the way down there. Down in the sewers I attempted to take a shortcut my jumping down a short drop over a railing (apparently it wasn't that short) and upon hitting the ground Lady Boyle shot out of my arms and into the wall ahead of me. Apparently I should have been more gentle because those wonderful "Target Assassinated" words popped up on my screen. Oops

I accidentally killed a guard in the Boyle Mansion. Possessed him and did the following: unlocked the door, removed the whale oil canister, backed out of possession. Well, when I left the guy, he propelled forward (as they do) into the whale oil tanks stacked there. Ka-boom.

Hauling Sokolov down to Samuel, I fell in the water. Sokolov = dead.

Choked out a guard under Kaldwin's Bridge, near where the bone charm is in the beginning section. Over my shoulder he goes, down the walkway, go to drop him, hit the trigger instead, guard goes in the drink.

I have accidentally summoned a rat swarm at the Boyle party.

Totally surprised by a guard rounding the corner, I switched in a mad panic to my regular bolts instead of my combat sleep dart and shot him right in the face. Killed him instantly. With a controller and auto-aim, I can never pull off intentional headshots... yet I get them regularly when it's completely accidental.

Slackjaw's area, weepers roaming (yes, I poisoned the vat), I'm trying to help out so I tag a weeper with a razor mine. Two thugs run over to hit the other approaching weepers: *ssswwwickkkk* everybody dies.

When Callista was in the tub I walked in and tried to get in with her. Turns out that you can only *jump* in and when you do, you land on her and *jumping* KILLS her dead. Bonus? I get to see her bra and panties.

On a speed run, distracted by my daughter's questions, I rewired a security tower instead of pulling out the whale oil. You know the rest.

Something very similiar happened to me.

I knocked out Lady Boyle and when I was so close to the boat for the non-lethal way to get rid of her, I blinked from upstairs to the boat, I heard some kind of "hurting" voice (I probably blinked too high, hurting myself), then the person who I can't remember what his name was took Lady Boyle to a boa with him, lying on there unconcious. Or that's what I thought. When that cutscene triggered, "Target Assassinated" popped up on my screen, with Lady Boyle's picture on it.

So she was dead, while she was lying on that boat, while the guy was talking about that she has to love him or something along that way... Nice...

LOL That's funny. Poor bastard.

I've dropped a few people trying to get them to an inaccessible location.

I killed Corvo with that "I bet I can Blink through a wired gate" experiment-gone-wrong.

I accidently killed Lady Boyle once. I was down in the basemant and was just about to hand her over to the creepy guy, but instead of just walking down their nicely, I was jumping so when the game took over the control and dropped her, she fell down and died. The cutscene then started with her being moved to the boat and the creepy guy was thankful for my help and left, but as far as the game was concerned, I had killed her.

The most random thing I've ever experienced isn't an accidental kill maybe, but I managed to make the Loyalist conspiracy crumble to bits from irreconcilable differences simply by walking into and breaking one of the glasses near Havelock and Pendleton during Havelock's shooting practice. I also managed to dissolve the conspiracy by wrongly hitting a button and knocking Piero dead with the empty whale oil tank.

I also experienced the same as Freddo above me, but there's a lot of those bugs and glitches in the game, so I imagine it's not too rare.

you can kill Callista in the tub by jumping on her reminds me of an achivement i know but corvo's definitely not an Italian Plumber
