Sure when you take her down to the basemant, he sounds like he will keep her chained up and will be forced to love her.

And I love that they had included this "super creepy" aspects to your decisions; making you think you handed a girl off to a rapist.

BUT

If you talk to her during the party and mess with her talking options enough, you'll find one telling her to go down to the basemant. She will oblige and even say "Oh, [Forgot his name] is here!" and will willingly head down to see him.

Once I found this option I was sad because it ruined the depth of the creepiness...

Erm, even if she would go see him, I'm not so sure she'll be too thrilled about her lifelong fate of being his pet...

Still super creepy to me.

In real life, I may be friends with someone, and may even enjoy their company..... but I would strongly dislike (putting it mildly)
spending the rest of my life chained up in their basemant.

There are ways to keep someone prisoner without chaining in their basemant. Maybe the fellow owns a small island in the middle of the ocean, with a nice little pad built on it.

I can't say I rest totally easy with this option, but I prefer it to the alternative.
