I am back at the pub before embarking on the "The Lord Regent" quest, and I noticed a hidden key that appears to be in an out-of-bounds area. It is behind the barrier (that has the "OBEY THE CITY WATCH" sign on it) at the end of the street near the overturned dumpster and Abandoned Apartment. I can see the key on the other side with Dark Vision, but see no way to get there. Any help?

you sure its not in the sewers? just a guess. havnt played the game in a week so im gettin rusty

Yeah, you can barely make it out on Dark Vision from the corner of the sewers closest to it. (The street entrance, if you stand at the impassable grate and look up and towards where the grate meets the brick)

The only way I can think of, is when you look up and to your left, there is a HIGH balcony, maybe you can get to that and jump over the barrier. Tried though with blink 2 and double jump. No luck.

Other solution: some designer forgot to remove the original apartment key.

Also, maybe there is something hidden at the top of the lighthouse. Have also tried to get up there with no luck.

Paraxade on speeddemosarchive discovered that it was a sewer key. He doesn't say how he got it, but given his history, I assume he clipped through the barricade.
