i dont know about anyone else but ive came across a few bugs. the most aparent one is when i walk lakeview manor in any door after about 20-30 secs after i walk in the game will freeze and i have to shut off my xbox and turn it back on and the bug still there and its a never ending cycle

The only one I've come across is the steward not furnishing the house. That gets a little bit frustrating.

who's your steward and does the same thing happen for different stewards? I've heard that theres a few followers that are glitchy stewards and would like to know who to avoid

My steward for the Falkreath house, Reyha????, took my money to furnish the small house and main house...and then placed everything one...piece...at...a...time!!! Can't complain - it got done, it just took a while.

I cannot even get the Falkreath house. I think it is very inappropriate for such a bug to have been so carelessly overlooked.

if you cant talk to the yarl about it go back to the previos load to where you havent gotten the letter from the guy and try again i had the same problem but i did this and it worked

had the same problem with the falkreath house, my problem was i had both radiant quests open (both the steward and the jarl) and i had done the steward one, but not the jarl. i had so many side missions i ended up doing ALL of the ones that told me to go kill a bandit in a mine.. once done i went back to the jarl and he let me buy the property. before i got that mission i had to bring him some mead i think..

I'm going to have to update my problem; It seems it just takes a few days for the steward to get the decorations to the home. I had Faendal, for whoever may be interested.

I am having issues the new Skyrim Hearthfire DLC.

1st bug:
I had my follower take the contents of one of my chests in Solitude, all really cool weapons that I had collected while playing Skyrim. To my dismay once I traded back my weapons from my follower they all became Stolen items. To me this is a serious issue since these were weapons that I had earned thru combat or by completing missions. I hope this is fixed so that they are no-longer "Stolen"

2nd bug:
I have completed my manson in Heljarchen Hall, got all my armor maniquins, then equipped them with my Thieves Guild armor, Summerset Armor, Guild Master Armor, Nightingale Armor, etc. Looked really Fine!! Now I go back and the maniquins do not show the armor and they are off their pedistals, what up?

Now I have been told these are original Skyrim bugs that have not been fixed let; however this did not happen prior to having Hearthfire.

This is a good place to list apparent bugs. If Bethesda's people are surfing these forums, they can make a list.

* The problems inherent in the Falkreath hold seem extremely widespread.
* I'm also wondering: what's the deal with Aventus? Was he bugged? Or did they forget to include an adoption mechanic for him?

I don't get the option to purchase land in Danwstar, in fact I don't get any dialogue options at all when I try and talk to the Jarl in Dawnstar. He just says one or 2 lines of the same dialogue and I never get any option to ask him questions or talk.
