Hey Dawnguard looks great. but i am not using credit cards or such to buy this thing.
is it avaliable as a steam download for free, or will it at least be a disc version that starts to come out with newer copies of skyrim at the pc stores etc?
you know, like the Shivering Isles add-ons for Oblivion..

Dawnguard will not be available for PC nor PS3 for a little under a month's time. Sorry...

You'll probably be waiting a while for a GOTY edition of suchlike - at least until they release some more DLC.

And yes, you will have to pay for it if you want to download it, when it comes out for PC.

The dlc is only 500mb+ so I don't think they wud put onto disk until all the dlc's are out and make it into goty.imo

Again:

All we know is that the exclusivity deal with Microsoft ends in a bit less than 30 days. Considering beth has refused to state when the other versions are coming out, chances are its gong to be a longer wait than that. Our only real point of comparison is Dead Money for FONV, which was an Xbox exclusive and came out for PC/PS3 two months after te fact.
