In the Flooded District, if you go to the Greaves Lightning Refinery to get your gear back, at the front of that building at the top is a big boom crane. There's a little cabin at the front of the crane with a flickering light in it. Is there any way to get into that cabin?

I've tried tons of different combinations of jumping (with Agility II) and Blink (II) but to no avail. I can't tell if it's a place you simply can't get to or if I'm missing something.

Dark Light II didn't seem to reveal anything up in the cabin, although I suppose it could be too far away. But I just figured that because of the flickering light, there might be something to see / get / do in the cabin.

I wondered about that, especially as there are other seeming inaccessible places that other players report to have reached. There's that really tall watchtower on the last level of the game too. I could never blink up to it so in the end avoided rather than disabled it, but I've read others have managed it (by a mixture of jumping and blinking - something I'm just not good at doing), so it's not totally inaccessible. That made me wonder if the crane cabin is accessible too.
