Made my first new character since getting the Dawnguard DLC, bought breezeholm in whiterun and now I can't buy the Alchemy Station for my house. Wich is to say no matter how many times I buy it and the game takes my characters 500 gold, it never gets delivered to the house and the option to buy it again is still there. Probably nothing I can do to fix it but is anyone else having this problem?

I have this problem on aswell, i think it is a bug because i have dawnguard aswell and it is the only time i've experienced it.
I also had a problem with starting a new game where alduin would fly about when the headsman is going to chop of my head, it took the fourth try for it to script right.
