Is it normal for Serona to not have the option for her to follow you anymore? I was just asking because she followed me then all of the sudden, the option was gone. Did anyone else have this problem?

She will always follow you during the DGMQ, but after you finish it you have to ask her to follow you.

Yeah this happened once to me, unfortunately it's one of the myriad of bugs that plague dawnguard (I'm looking at you Vingalmo), theres no fix for it as far as I'm aware, you just have to reload an earlier save, and if you are like me and keep it to a single save format then your stuck with it, sorry.
