I was thinking on marrying Mjoll but I have seen that some of the wife’s complain depending on where they live. My house is in Lakeview manor does anyone know if Mjoll complains about that location?

She doesn't seem to have any new dialogue for Hearthfire judging by the fact that she can't become a steward, so she shouldn't complain. Spouses only seem to comment about the house if you talk to them and choose to ask them how the kid(s) are doing, anyway.

Really? i don't have any dialog options like that for my spouse (Farkas). I haven't heard him complain or compliment it either way. He used to say how he liked my house in Whiterun, now nothing. The kids comment here or there but thats it.

that makes sense what they said then as farkas cant be a steward either so doesnt say anything about the house.

my mjoll is content in lakeview

He's not the steward though. Jordis the swordmaiden is, and she doesn't say anything about them either.
