Svari is in the orphanage and saying some weird stuff about not talking to people and whatnot. i Can't figure out what the heck she's talking about. She seems a bit nutty. I am a hardcoe storm cloak supporter and apparently her uncle was roggvir, the guy executed by the imperials for doing a great service to our cause. I've done some research and apparently this girl is only adoptable if BOTH her Solitude parents are dead. I can't imagine why I would have killed them if theyre on my side, but this is a long game and I can't remember all these people. Dark Brotherhood mission? Dragon attack? Crossfire during some unrelated mission? I can't figure out how I orphaned this girl. Anybody else seen Svari in the orphanage or know why I might have killed her whole family off? I don't typically go on blind rampages and can't find anything online for info.

They would have been prime victims for a vampire attack if you have Dawnguard.

This - her parents are Addvar, who runs the fish stall, and Greta, who usually hangs around outside Angeline's Aromatics - they both spend most of the day outdoors and would be an easy target for vampires or dragon attack.

Thanks. What are these vampire attacks you speak of? I've never seen random vampire attacks in cities. Do they do it when I'm not around and just kill the NPC's when there's no way for me to fight them?

If you have Dawnguard installed, Vampires will randomly attack cities when you enter them.

Leveled Vampires. Meaning there can be some master Vampires running around slaughtering everything...

...yeah, one of my favorite mods is the one that turns those off.

Well I decided to adopt her since it seems like I wasn't responsible for her parents deaths. I'll just tell her her parents were killed by the imperial scum and train her to be a freedom fighting dragon warrior. I havent seen any of these vampire attacks yet but I beat the vampires down pretty quickly so maybe that's why. Her parents probably died during a dragon attack or during the chaos I caused when I executed that lady at her Solitude wedding.

Dragons very rarely attack walled towns, and if you had killed them during the wedding assignation you would have got a bounty for it, it would have been a vampire attack you missed.
