I have had hearthfire since release ,
I built my house with children rooms and all , everything is finished and perfect but i thought it may be time to bring a pet home for my adorable daughter and son and when i got there at 5 am with meeko Runa met me at the door when i walked in and she seemed really hooked on meeko instantly but after i went to sleep and woke up .it seems everyone is not liking him now and calling him a stupid dog in every part of dialog the dog is involved in

I think he did something very bad while i was asleep but how do i tell my family that he is still setteling in and maybe he might act a lil funny at first and maybe make a woopie on the floor at the start
but it is no reason to hate the dog at all

the only person who seems to like him is the bard i have lmao

I think it is more likely he is stupid, he went and knocked stuff over three times in one of my houses, and his constant barking gets annoying. He will be an outside dog if he gets adopted again. The first time he was adopted he made a great guard dog for the chickens, I will give him a go again with that position in mind, since the same two chickens are in even more danger in my current game.
