The only way you can get a different bard, is to move to a different house.

Wait... I only fully built lakeview manor... If I hire a bard for the Pale house (forgot the noame of the place), does that mean I'll get that female bard from the inn in Dawnstar? I make a stop at that inn everytime I'm the area to to hear her do Ragnar the Red. She sing soooo bad it's hillarious.

The bards are new NPCs that live in your house. Lakeview Manor gets Llewelyn, who has Sven's voice. Unfortunately the Dawnstar bard (Karita?) shares the same voice as Sonir, the bard for Winstad Manor in Hjaalmarch.

Move to Morthal or Dawnstar house, they have the female bards, Sorry.
