So I've been working on my new exterior far in the north of Tamriel worldspace. But in game I cant go there because its "out" of the world. In game it says "you cant go that far"

So I tryed AutoLoadDoor01 from Solitude Docks to my exterior but it doesent work, prob because its too far. I remember you can "remove the borders" in skyrim.ini files but I cannot find or remember to line I need to change in there. So could someone assist with either to teleport there or just remove the border limit.

Go into the ini-file and press CTRL+F
Search for "border" and you should probably find it.

Add the ff to the general section of your Skyrim.ini file

bBorderRegionsEnabled=0

I'm not sure, but I think you could also create a script that does this when in a certain event (aka when you open the entrance to your location)
