I am creating a house mod for Skyrim and would like there to be plants and banners displayed inside the home to liven it up a bit. I know which plants and banners I want and how to place them and all that, that is not the problem. The plants and banners sway and such because I suppose they are meant to be put outside, but that just looks odd in a home environment. I would like to know if there is a way to have them be static, rather than sway constantly. Please help!

Create new items and edit them, simply adjust all settings to zero:
