Adopted Child Crashes Game

Post » Sat Nov 17, 2012 12:27 am

Ok so i dont know if this has been adressed in the forums yet, searched and couldnt find anything, so here we go

Every time i enter my home my daughter comes and greets me but right when she truns the corner to come talk to me my game crashes. Its like every time she enters the room or i see her evil face the game crashes, and i've tryed just about everything, loading a later save, waiting, entering from another entrance but nothing's working. If any one could help it would be most appreciated. Thank You

Well for others who might end up with the same problem, it might be helpful to know how you fixed it.

I have this problem. Whenever either of my children walk through the doorway between the main hall and entrance room of Lakeview Manor, the game freezes and I have to reset the Xbox.

I've mentioned this in a couple of threads already. It's quite a simple bug for Beth's developers to try and replicate.

When the kids are away from this doorway, there are no problems.

Most of us never got it, so it might not be that simple a bug for a few QA testers to replicate. If they cannot replicate it, they cannot fix it even if they could work out what was causing it and did do a patch. So knowing how to get around it would be helpful. My solution to problems is to usually throw the towel in and load a past save game, not many seem fond of that though.
