The DLC is available here in Canada since June 26th but only in english... what about the french version for us living in Quebec ? Will it ever come out ?

I would imagine it will be available as soon as the French version is up and running.

I'm not sure how the French Canadian version would differ from this unless you had random guards and vampires randomly exclaiming "colisse".

I'm still waiting for "MOD 101" allowing me to francophonise Skyrim.

Yeah, we don't get a "french canadian" version, we usually get the same french version as in France. I was just wondering why we're still waiting for this french version here in Canada.

In the French Version of "Skyrim" do they all have proper Parisien accents then?

That would be funny and probably a little annoying at times.

I'm pretty sure the "Swiss Thread" makes mention of the DLC being available in German and French but I do not think it has been fully approved by MS yet.

If this is the case hopefully a French version will be available on the Canadian Marketplace soon.
