so im going to start heartfire now that it is out but as all my guys tend to be nomads i need something to have them build a house and live in skyrim

...but if you want to have a reason for your "Nomad" to build a home, think of them as if the Nomad is building big storage sheds that he stops back at from time to time.

Basically think of himself creating his own little oasis pond that he hits every time he migrates somewhere.

well considering you can get land and build a one room house and keep it simple, I don't see why it wouldn't work. The small one room house you make can then be turned into the entranceway of the larger house should you decide to extend it.
