I cannot activate any of the rings (inner, middle, outer) on any of the nordic claw doors I've come across now. I have not gotten dawnguard yet, but have uninstalled the latest patches and reinstalled them. This happens on any of my saved games I have loaded up in the last few days.
I have cleared the cache as well, but still no use. I am stuck from entering any of these doors and thus cannot play the main storyline for one.

Please help!
