Any new potions? haven't had a chance, as i started a new game. my journal was stuffed with so many broken quests, i got tired of looking at it.

Theres the potion of blood. If you are a vampire , drinking the potion will reset you to stage one, effectively like feeding on someone.

I haven't used them since on my warrior I roleplay not using alchemy.
Oh, by the way I don't want to be that guy but it's a reagent not regent.

Don't think ther are new 'effects' but there are some cool ingredients

Yeah there are no new effects but some of the new ingredients are very useful just for the purpose of having new ingredient with those useful effects. So you can aquire more of certain types easier/

There is a new version of Skooma called red water if you drink it, I believe the screen turns purplish.
