I've unlocked the achievement 'New You' in the list, but i didn't get the points and it didn't count, anyone knows what going on, and how I can get it straight?

Call Xbox LIVE Customer Service.

Or go online to live.xbox.com and go to the Forums there and see if someone has already posted a fix for this. Maybe you could even start messaging with LIVE Staff to see if they know what's going on.

my awakening acheivement didnt count either.

Just re-download your profile from xbox live, then you see the achievement is still locked so you need to re-unlock it, and then you will get the points, it worked for me;)

I had to do the same thing were i played the beta i unlocked all but one achievement and when the DLC actually came out i still had all the achievements but none of the score. This way also worked for me.

If it's JUST Skyrim, I don't know what to tell ya.

Now, I had it happen where ALL of my games weren't saving my achievements. Simply recovering my profile sort of worked... but ultimately I ended up having to recover it multiple times and I THINK I may have cleared my cache as well.

So try those.
