Un-compiled Papyrus Scripts?

Post » Fri Nov 16, 2012 10:57 pm

I looked in the BSA and the uncompiled scripts are not there.
Does anyone know if they are available somewhere?

I'm also interested in this.
Think lots of moders are.
Loads of options like ability to toggle funiture on/ off.
I for one would like to take a closer look at the ferile soil script. Thinking of an way to let the player create it in the game :)

Have they released the Papyrus script source for Dawnguard?
They will probably do the same for Heartfire.

Yes, an update was released for the Creation Kit with Dawnguard's source. So if Dawnguard is anything to go by then we'll get the sourcefiles eventually, we'll have to be patient.

Thanks but I would need the source for this. But perhaps I can just add more :o)
Another obvious idea is to make furniture, at least the larger items hideable or at least reset them.

Think it would be an good business idea to release the source to. Lots of future housing mods will probably use Heartfire resources so you will need it even if not using the default houses.

The Furniture is just enable/disable, just like all house mods.

What I am looking for is how the 'Sawn Wood' is added to the wood pile. Its not a container. Its never added to your inventory. I have found 2 global variables for logs, but changing either does nothing the the count on the wood pile. It has me stumped and I would like to see the dialogue scripts to see what they are doing...

show BYOHHouseLogCount

It shows you the correct amount, but changing it from the console does not update the log pile.

I know you can change BYOHHPAmountLogs which alters how many logs you get with each purchase; although, the dialog still says 20 you will get the modified amount.

Hey, don't lump my housing mod in with that crap, furniture in my mod is fully user placeable and moveable.

When I say, all house mods, I am talking about the purchase-able houses in the game. When you buy furniture, its enabled, not actually placed.

That's not a mod though...those are vanilla homes.

Any mod that has purchasable static furniture uses disable/enable.
Your posts have no relation to my question.

Nice, has to look into it. More so the idea of placing the house anywhere.

Back to the Original Topic of this thread:
Yes, the script sources can't be released soon enough. I already have plans for a mod that I will need to see these.
