Is there any way to add, say, Fortify Health 30 Pts. to a weapon? I'm trying to edit an existing enchantment but it seems I can't change the casting from 'Fire and Forget'. I'm really inexperienced with the creation kit, so this is probably really obvious.

EDIT: Think I found it out by just creating a new enchantment. Now, is there a way to increase character speed with an enchantment?

EDIT 2: Just kidding, it says it's an apparel enchantment, so I can't seem to add it to a weapon.
