So yeah, as a PC player I have decided not to get DG for reasons which have been debated to death already. I want mods that add some of the lesser features of Dawnguard, such as arrow crafting and the few new spells that were added. I know there are tons of arrow crafting mods, but I'm a bit of a purist so I would like one that has the exact same material requirements of DG. Anyone know of any such mods?

Once DG is released the framework will be there to have mods using the content, such as crossbows and probably another race or two etc.
When I say using, I mean using the data and not porting actual DLC content as that would be naughty.
