(Heljarchen Hall- Kitchen, Alchemy Laboratory, Greenhouse) Home is based on Ingredients.

(Lakeview Manor- Library, Storage Room, Enchanter's Tower) Home is based on Magic.

(Windstad Manor- Armory, Trophy Room, Bedrooms) Home is based on Fighting.

I created these homes based on which combinations (1) looked the best, (2) worked the best and are located on the best land plots related to 1 and 2.
