It just got released on pc so I'm going to get it but I have some questions

1) Do I need to uninstall all my mods?

2) Do I play with the level 11 character I have or do I play with my level 40something. Both are mages, my main concern is that with my 40somethign Its going to be harder to get perk points cas everything is semi high up already

2. either will work. I mean the vamp and wolf perk tree's have their own way of earning perks.
