For those that like to experiment with mods to make the game a bit more interesting....

I like a bit of role play in my games as well.

2 fun mods I been using are:

"followers can relax"

and" bandit children"

the first mod enables you to take a follower and then release them from service(supposedly temporarily so they will interact with the environment like Serana does). The cool thing is,when you realese them in you're home the make there immediate surroundings there new home(in order for the coding for interaction to take place). What this means is ,you can bring followers to youre home and keep realeasing them and they will stay in you're home and live there permanantly. So you can have 5,10 or 15 followers in youre home at any given time.I use 2..but thought it might be fun to add more.

"Bandit childern mod "is just that.Bandits have children.Usually they don't attack but you can kill and loot them if you want. The fun thing that happens is that you're children become non-essential and also take on all the activities of advlts(use forges, cook, smithing)The only down side is sometimes when they are working the smelter or something, they will grow to advlt size. This only lasts as long as they are doing an advlt activity though. As soon as they are done they return to kid size.

Both fun mods that I been having a blast with.Just remember you and others can now kill your children so make sure to make a save if you decide to smack one around a bit, or (like me)) bring therm as followers to fight a dragon.

Sorry.I cant post the links to these mods(no permission??)But they are easily aquired in the workshop or Nexus.

Have fun

If one of your children dies can you adopt a different one.I know that sounds cold but some people aren't happy with their choices.

He said OTHERS can now kill them.I'm thinking he means they can be attacked and killed by bandits or something.

I downloaded the bandit children and forsworn children but will likely NEVER use them.

I am however using the UFO and "relax here" and have lakeview house as my fellowship all. all my favorite followers live there.

Oh.What is meant is I'm some sorta sick-o.Thats just silly. If you always take the high road,do whats just and moral,I would say you are missing more than 50% of thhe game content. And if you think there arn't players that go around shooting annoying children in the face with a crossbow....welp...I would say you live a sheltered life.

I beleive kids should be killable. It brings a hell of a lot more tension to your'e parenting than when they are Immortal.Bandit raids and dragon attacks are seriously frightening.

Also, as far as killing cildren,I think this should be allowed ingame(with sever penalties for being caught..ie:stripped of title, lands and ownersship in the region..gaurds KOS).That could be the launch point of tons of quests(te death or murder of a child).

Outside of my normal gaming I am often experimenting..looking for those little jewels that make this game so awesome. Those things that NPC's do that you would never expect.Wether it just be dialogue or and action/activity.I love that about this game.It is what keeps me playing for over 470 hours now.

Also just a note.If you hurt a child and bring them to low health, they will say the same things as advlts do in those situtations...If...I can....just...get up.....No,No ...not like this!! It's.....It's..... just a..... scratch.

These are all said in a childs voice. So at some point,Bethesda recorded the sounds of a childs death rattles.

Most of my experimenting involve watching Lucia play with her Dollie or her interactions with her pet fox Vix.But I do also attack, resurect and/or place non combatant NPC's as followers(with console commands) just to see what happens. It's failry predictable, but sometimes you can discover something super fun/cool.

We don't allow discussion of killing or mistreatment of children.
