In the beginning of the game I found a stray dog in the middle of nowhere and had it follow me. I went into a tavern in White Run to do a mission and when I went out of the building the stray dog was nowhere to be found. I thought this was normal because the stray horses walk away when you get off of them. Recently I tried to buy a dog but it said I already have an animal. Does anyone have any ideas to find the stray dog, or buy another one?
