No, not usually until the Game of the Year version comes out. That will include all the DLC that eventually comes out plus a copy of the game and it won't be out for at least a year.

You don't have to have an Xbox Live account to purchase items off the Marketplace. Just sign in and you can browse all the DLC. You just won't be able to play games online obviously.

Oh ok, I understand your dilemma. I couldn't get internet capable of running Live either where I previously lived. I use to take my Xbox to a friend's or family member's house to do my downloading. Im guessing that's not an option eh?

I noticed that Gamestop has had some of the more popular DLC's on their shelves recently. Some are a code for the DLC but some are on a disc. You might have luck if you pay Gamestop a visit and ask a clerk.

Oh, I had no idea you're in Australia. My apologies. Gamestop is a videogame store in the U.S. They also have an online store at Gamestop.com. I don't know if they deal in Australia. I'm guessing since you haven't heard of it that they do not, not sure though. Pretty much any videogame fan here knows of Gamestop, lol!
