First look at any mods you may have and second do you have too much in your inventory? I was able to pick up any dragon items either armor or weapons without a problem.

Daedric armor is still more powerful then dragon bone armor. Have not played that much with the weapons yet to notice.

Glitch: In video games, a glitch is a programming error which results in behavior not intended by the programmers. Glitches may include incorrectly displayed graphics, collision detection errors, game-freezing or crashes, sound issues, and others. Some glitches are potentially dangerous to the game save data.

Bug: A software bug is an error, flaw, mistake, failure, or fault in a computer program that prevents it from behaving as intended (e.g., producing an incorrect or unexpected result). Most bugs arise from mistakes and errors made by people in either a program's source code or its design, and a few are caused by compilers producing incorrect code

weird. I crafted a dragonbone greatsword for my follower. She uses it.

I also crafted a dragonbone bow and arrows for my character which are better then Deadric though not by much. Is it dawnguard that gave us the craft arrows options? If so its pretty cool.

To my eyes, that looks like the same thing, just worded differently. Am I being a tool? 0.o

Sound the same to me too. It's programming code that isn't working as intended. That's my interpretation of both of them.
