You can view the lycanthropy perks by going into beast form and pressing B.

Ice brother sommons two ice wolves and predator shows all enemies in a certain range and if they're at ease,seeking enemies or hostile.

Regarding werewolves? Some npcs named Farmers will turn into werewolves (maybe only at night?) and go hostile. You cannot contract lycanthropy from them.

No. Although Aela can now turn you back into a werewolf, be it your first time or not. I heard that she can only do it once, though.
