Where do I start the Dawnguar expansion?

Hey guys,
Can someone tell me where to start the expansion? Ive downloaded and loaded the expansion now what?
Nothing in my quest log either.

Are you at least level 10? Find a guard.

Go to Whiterun and an Orc will speak to you, if this doesn't work than talk to a guard.
