Did the Dawnguard DLC bring anything new to Destruction?

Just wanted to know if Todd's hate on Mages continues.

It brought

Spoiler
5 new Restoration spells and....3 new conjuration spells. The latter of which you find scattered around the Soul Cairn.

The restoration spells are 3 holy damaging spells (DG side only), and 2 undead healing spells (1 found in the first dungeon, the other on the Vamp side)

No love for Destruction or any of the other schools, sorry. Hearthfire may yield beneficial, though.

I don't get it. In Beth's Fallout DLCs, there were always new armors and weapons for different play styles. Yet for Skyrim, Destruction gets the crap end of the stick? We can't even get 2-3 new Destruction spells? What a rip off

But hey, now Restoration is a valid school of magic.

I always thought it was in my eyes, both for vampires(Necromage) and warriors(respite+that one later perk that can save you when low on health)

EDIT:I'm smelling a Colette reference...my bad.

Hehe, I had to make that reference.

Alas, sadly, Destruction is still a very invalid school of magic, but perhaps Hearthfire shall bring new spells.

They're Restoration, and I listed the new spells in my above post.

Here they are:

2: "Greater?" Necromantic Healing - heal undead target (Vamp side, I can't remember the exact name)
3: Stendarr's Aura - deals sun damage to undead enemies near you(DG side)
4: Sun Fire - projectile dealing 25 sun damage to undead enemy(DG Side)
5: Vampire's Bane - aoe projectile dealing 50 sun damage to undead enemies in aoe (DG Side)

Conjuration

1: Summon Arvak
2: Summon Wraithman
3: Summon Mistman
4: Summon Boneman

(All of the above found in Soul Cairn)
