Actually I found a neat little gem if you well. I decided to walk off the stairs into the shrine of Auriel to this offhang. I saw this elven arch and there I saw a skeleton with a silver ring around it's head. Then I saw I could take the gems. I realised it was a crown!

He is unique... for now.

He's an unaltered Falmer. Play through the Dawnguard MQ and really pay attention to what he says at the end of the Forgotten Vale quest. There could easily be more added in later.

And how many of you have [censored] bricks about an unaltered Falmer? I'm just curious. lol

No unfourtuanatly not. It was more of a joke. I tried taking the ring on it's head but it's stuck on the skull that's burried in the snowy stone. I tried smashing it but it just made the metal clang noise. I was woundering what item it could have been. Only the gems could be removed.
