No i mean like, if you join the dawnguard faction, do they care if you change into a werewolf in front of them

I've never transformed in front of them, but, otherwise, I know they don't mind.

They'll attack, like any other NPC. As long as you don't physically change in the direct presence of one, you're fine.

Dawnguard is no different then anyone else, so long as they don't see you wolf it doesn't matter.
