A while ago I made a script for Oblivion that gave birthsign powers at random to appropriate actors and made them use the powers at certain times, usually at GetDistance. Sadly, it was late past Oblivion's heyday and there were not enough comments to move it out of beta.

I've done some papyrus tuts just to test the waters, and feel up to the challenge of porting it to Skyrim. My question, has this already been covered by other mods? I don't see it in PISE or anything like that.

I recal something similar to that but with racial powers (of course not random), but nothing about birthsigns. Anyway, while I check on the Nexus regularly, I didn't do the same with other sites, neither with Steam Workshop.
