is it normal that when pressing the power buttom for transforming back and forth from vampire lord there is a slight delay between button and tranformation?

Yeah what the above guy said, it was with the werewolf transformations so I'd assume it's on purpose. You hit the button, wait a sec, zooms out, get a little haze and such, body changes lol.

Just roleplay that the body is preparing for massive stress for changing it's entire structure xD

I find the delay is longer for changing back too. Changing into the lord causes an instant noise, and then the anim plays at the conclusion of the noise. For back, you press it, walk around in circles for 10 seconds, then get the noise, then turn back, then lose your clothes (you appear with them on then you get them taken off? o_O)

That last part definitely sounds like a glitch, I don't think the lords are supposed to even have their items unequipped. Especially since I hear the armor stats carry over.

The 10 seconds thing for it to deactivate may be normal. Even with the werewolf after the animation for reverting it takes a few moments to actually become human, maybe about the time it takes for the transformation into the wolf to occur.

I have a delay... but it ain't slight.

It takes several seconds to start occasionally. Poor coding for the transformations I suppose.

Your equipment is unequipped, but the game remembers what you had equipped and equips it when you 'revert form'.

Vampire lords actually have their own AR system, I believe at the highest level they have 300 armor rating.
