As the title says. When you go to the Soul Cairn do you meet the Ideal masters?

Technically, yes. You do. But you dont exactly talk to them or anything. (But this depends, of course)

If you talk to Valerica she says that its thought that the ideal masters are the large soul gems floating in various locations.
