Hey, just wondering if my game is glitched or if I'm missing something here.

I go into the High Gate Ruins where the Dragon Priest Vokun is found dead on the floor already (I must have previously killed him at some other time) and the two gates that lead up to where the ring is are locked and I have no idea how to get past them.

I've tried looking for switches, levers, anything to open them and can't get to the ring. Any help/ideas?

This quest has a tendency to spawn the rings in horrible locations...

The Rings and Amulets for the Vampire Radiant Quests are given in random locations, so each game is different. Try looking up the actual dungeon itself in the UESP wiki to see if there's any info on the dungeon itself.
