I was looking through black smithing when I noticed "Misc" and under that you can craft Shellbug Helmet. It looks weird can you craft the rest later?

There isn't anything else to craft, you can find new Falmer Heavy and Hardened (Both look the same but just different stat wise) armor which the Shellbug helm appears to look like

I think its only the helmet. Looks good with falmer armor though!

Where is the heavy Falmer armor set and Shellbug helmet located?

What level do they start spawning?
