Does Sun Damage you outside of VL form?

Post » Sat Nov 17, 2012 8:39 pm

Okay to aviod spoilers I had to just make my own thread here, I can't play the game I am on PC. I am too curious to know if you take sun damage not just in VL form but out of it too. I will be disappointed if you don't take sun damage when not VL.

Edit Make sure you understand the question that I am asking before replying please, thanks.

You experience the same -100% regen rates and attribute loses as a normal vampire, but you can't wear any gear to counter the regen lose, so you can't use magic.

Not sure if standing stones work in VL form.

You can use magicka in vanilla as a vampire during the day with a slower regen off restoration etc, your saying ABSOLUTLY no regen what so ever from any source?

Sorry for caps on iPhone

As a vampire, or in vampire lord form you have a -100% magicka/health/stamina when in the sun.

The default regain rate is 100%, but if you have more regen (from robes for example) you will regain magicka in the sun. For example wearing robes that give you 50% magicka regen will result in 50% (150 - 100) when in the sun as a vampire.

Hope this helps.
