Im at the point where im entering the soul cairn... im wondering.. if i become a vampire, can i turn into a werewolf again later on?

It would be cool to be a vampire for a while and then turn back into a werewolf later, but if not ill just take the soul gem option..

I glitched so I'm a vampire and and werewolf. But I haven't played Dawnguard yet. So maybe there could be another glitch to be both
