Hey guys! I'm trying to somehow start the scroll scouting quest (On Pc) But it doesn't appear on my quest journal?
I tried talking to the Orc in the Winterhold place but... Nothing!?
Is there a console command to fix this!? Or atleast a way or console command to obtain the quest or scroll? (I tried getting the scroll through console commands... It worked but it didn't trigger the quest into thinking I actually have the scroll?

Nope, that didn't work for me. Tried it 7 times, still no luck.

when in doubt, cheat. just go visit crazy ol' Septimus and he'll send you after the scroll you need.. straight into the darkest, nastiest hole in all of skyrim.

That's all I have to do, find him and go through that retched dungeon of death!?!?!? Sure... Leme try dat naow!
